My data privacy T&Cs are pretty simple – I collect email addresses in two ways:

• subscribers fill in the form on my ‘News Updates‘ page, or
• subscribers fill in the ‘pop up’ form that appears when they first visit my website

So, any email addresses I collect are provided by the owners themselves of their own free will.

This is the information I collect when people sign up to my mailing list:

• Name
• email address
• County of residence
• Country of residence

This enables me to send emails that are relevant to the geographic location of subscribers, such as tour dates in their area.

If you share your name and email address with me, I will never, EVER share it with anyone else and you’ll only get emails from me that relate to what I do as a performing songwriter.  You can unsubscribe at any point by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe‘ link at the bottom of every email I send, or by contacting me via the contact form on this website and I will remove you from the list immediately with no questions asked (even if my feelings have been hurt just a little bit).

To manage my email subscribers I use a company called Mailchimp – you can see their privacy policy here.

I really do hope you choose to remain on my mailing list – I promise not to inundate you with pointless emails just for the sake of it (in fact, anyone who is already on my list will know that I send out newsletters more rarely than I probably should – being organised is not one of my strong points).
